A bunch of info to be learned. Good career starting point

Cons

Too much data and information to be recorded and sorted through to get all information required to do an efficient job. Almost 90 percent of products made are never made the same or are shipped out while it is not in customer or company specifications. The h.r. department is more worried about keeping employees rather than holding them accountable for not doing their job. Pay is bottom tier compared to neighbor companies.
