Savage has some very good people who genuinely want to do the right thing, be challenged, grow and help others develop.

Cons

Interesting how the majority of positive reviews on here come out of Midvale, Utah! (Savage headquarters). Below par salaries. Poor benefits compared to competitors. LOTS of politics and games. Senior leadership is a good ole boys club! Very high turnover at corporate office. Unwilling to address their problems!

No pros what so ever, do not waist your time

Cons

Do not ever work for this company, they suck you in with all their wonderful benefits and weekly pay but they just fill spots for a week or two at a time and then let you go. Complete waist of time, they have very poor communication skills, the management is a mess, lazy and do not train you or let you know really what to do, you're on your own!!! Only if you want a week or two check would I recommend this, it was a complete waist of time. The owner is lazy and will smile in your face and stab you in the back. I was supposed to be hired to do one thing and when they got me in I was suckered into doing brunt work!! Take this as a warning!!!
