- Poor Management - Favoritism - People are going up on ladder who are not even following normal procedures - layoffs twice in a year - No team building activities - Not proper documentation

Lack of vision at the top level. No process oriented. CEO and other higher level management they just run the company based on whims. No strategy maintained at all. If this is the go to process then people who are working there needs to rethink to continue. Because of such disgusting managerial process many have left and the rest those who are bombarded with work are just laid off. Too much lay off in the company shows how incapacitated the management is--no vision at all. Dedication and good quality of work has literally no place in the company- only haphazard decision making to remove employee. Poorly run by the management. No clear path, because of which no body actually knows what the requirement is and just following blindly each other. Pathetic working environment.
