1. They had a major hiring boom 1 year ago that included remote workers, and then laid off 15% of the company this year...most of whom were the remote workers. Then they immediately posted some laid off positions, but as hybrid only. 2. They are not yet making profits, which is fine, but this causes them to abandon good ideas just because the investor who requested it is no longer with them. This results in a major waste of resources not to mention great confusion among teams. 3. They promote only within their core group of company founders. This results in some managers being unqualified and overwhelmed. 4. They provide little to no actual product or process training. Then at your review you would be penalized for not knowing the things you were not told about. 5. With the exception of the layoffs, all of the above items have been brought to HR and executive attention by many employees only to get empty promises of addressing the issues and no results.

Lost leadership. Cant make a decision. Do not have vision. Lost in the woods.
