Pros
This job has been a blessing in my life. I'm able to do work that I care about and that I feel really matters. I've had lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth here. A lot of that is due to my work ethic, but also, there are managers and upper-level administrators who really do want for everyone to do their best and find their best place. I always feel like I'm heard when I have new ideas, and some of those don't work out, but we keep trying things. We never give up as a team. I'm very thankful for the opportunities that I've had here.
Cons
This company is still growing and expanding. It's still finding its path, honestly. Because of that we have gone through several changes. Some big changes and some small, but they have had adverse effects on different departments and specific people. I really feel that a lot of the people who have worked here and left because it didn't work out, really weren't suited to the environment. If you can't deal with change, this isn't the place for you.
