Pros

You can work on some of the most advanced software in the consumer market. This has to be one of the smartest tech companies on a per-employee basis on the planet. There are many opportunities for advancement and to learn about all the operations of a tech company.

Cons

Hopefully compensation and benefits improve inline with growth.

Pros

The cape is a nice place to work. Some very nice people work there.

Cons

Everything. The owner is out of touch with the work that is being done. Promises are made to the customer base that can’t be met. Your experience is very dependent on the team you are on. A lot of management is out of touch. Almost everyone is doing the job of three people. Deadlines are impossible to meet as they are determined by individuals who think that products are designed overnight.
