Great industry/technology. Cape Cod is nice in the summer. It's a job.
Cons
Poor management. Poor communication. Poor pay. No 401k match. No formal review or pay raise process. Extended work hours expected with little recognition of effort. promotion from within almost non-existent. Clicky. If you are not from the Excel Switching 'old boy network', you are nothing and will always be nothing. Non-cooperative, work environment. You will be thrown under the bus for any and all 'mistakes'. Remote location. Very few tech job opportunities in the Cape area. If it doesn't work out here, you will be relocating for work. Trust me and don't work here, you'll thank me. Poor product decisions. Engineering driven product decisions have yielded many failed and sub par products. If the owner didn't have extremely deep pocket to through money at this venture, it would have shut down years ago.
