They are a technology company that moves very fast with is both good and bad because sometimes you are trend setting which was hard for most of the dealers to see the vision.

Cool Products, some nice people. Reasonable Benefits. Some very very smart engineering talent.

Cons

Sr. Management direction is to cash out ASAP. Not building a company to last. Founder made a Billion once , had to give a way a chunk in divorce, wants another Billion, not likely to happen with Savant. If you are one of the old time inside gang and want to live on the Cape it's good. If you are from anywhere else you're not an insider and totally disposable. Like many companies these days just looking for a quick buck and to bleed the employees.
