Pros

Decent benefits, remote work allowed for most functions, encourage use of products for feedback and will supply at little to no cost to team-members.

Cons

Company seems aimless with a real disconnect between focus of high leadership and boots on ground. Continued loss of resources is only met by greater ambition to support more products and use cases, often meaning product gets released in half hearted way creating more frustration and churn.
