Pros

The cape is a nice place to work. Some very nice people work there.

Cons

Everything. The owner is out of touch with the work that is being done. Promises are made to the customer base that can’t be met. Your experience is very dependent on the team you are on. A lot of management is out of touch. Almost everyone is doing the job of three people. Deadlines are impossible to meet as they are determined by individuals who think that products are designed overnight.

Everything. The company cares more about making sure Bob has what he needs than paying its employees a livable wage. They pour more and more resources away from the support and other locations that we struggle to keep up. Promise Merit based raises and slap us in the face with a garbage raise of 3% but Bob gets a new Truck. I'd give it no stars but it wont let me. Leadership is absolutely incompetent and unable to do their jobs, more nepo hires than you can shake a stick at. There is so much micromanaging of teams that nothing gets done. Overall an absolute poop show to work for, absolute garbage, would rather work at a McDonalds as a floor licker.

- No or just plain bad people management - Ad-hoc development/project management with little direction - Very little team communication (no standups or status meetings)
