Leadership is in decline

Pros

Great mission and incredibly dedicated team working to support children globally (rid or die Savers).

Cons

Leadership at the most senior levels is in decline. Previously strong leadership, but this as deteriorated with the EOs in 2025, reduction in unrestricted funding and poor uninformed decisions being made. Prioritizing friends and those that don't speak out during the restructure. If you are a yes ma'am you will succeed if you challenge and debate, you will not.

Good pay, great perks like vacation time, and friendly colleagues

Cons

Management in the beginning phases was incredibly messy and unqualified. They actively made it hard to do your job.
