Great work life balance and supportive teams

Pros

On paper, the mission of the organization is critical.

Cons

Consistent mismanagement at senior leadership levels. More focused on money than impact. Poor internal and external communication has led to detached employees looking for the right time to jump ship. Many only stay for the paycheck at this point, since a huge portion of SCUS funds go to high salaries in the U.S. instead of children and communities in need.
