Not employee friendly but manager partial company.

Pros

Little bit of learning opportunities. Work from home option. Have to be very aggressive and willing to take leadership or else will get kicked out of the company.

Cons

Manager are partial to employees. If not in favor to them then the employee will be kicked out of the company. Stretch long hours of work.No proper planning of software releases. Employees are made to work late night even female employees. No monetary benefits.

Lot of Pro's for me. Good culture. Good pay. Challenging and interesting work. Learnt a lot of things after joining here.

Cons

I cannot think of anything at this time. It has been a good experience so far.
