      Good management but not much growth opportunity

      Pros

      Great team members Good leadership They provide great support when needed. Also everyone in management team is always available to answer any question and willing to help

      Cons

      No learning opportunity and not great benefits. The salary is below average and not increased regularly. The main reason behind these things is the size of the company.

      Amazing management, who is always ready to work with you and addressing needs. Quit to respond to my queries and help when needed.

      Cons

      None so far, have been working for Saven Technologies for the past 10 months.

      Money minded

      Pros

      Well nothing is extraordinary here, like a very usual company with no benefits.

      Cons

      They won't care about how much you deserve. They will hide everything from you till you finalize the rate part without even knowing the client. I thought its a startup company and late got to know about my client which is a BIG company and might be paying almost double of what I got from them.
