      Pros

      An employee gets much learning with its latest technological trends; we will feel great working at Saven. I improved a lot, and the company always looks for the skill set of the employee. And your hard work will always be recognized. I am very much happy and satisfied with my work

      Pros

      I have been working this organisation more than 1 years. I believe & recommend Saven is good company for fresher's. You can groom yourself, take challenges of your work and also become good team player. The leadership gives a lot of opportunities to associates to develop into good Software Engineers and Managers. Learnt how to involve ourselves in an unknown world.

      Cons

      Need to work Long Hours when we need meeting the deadlines.

      There are many PROS but for me the standout ones are: -Support from Manager and higher management in all aspects -Work life balance -Transparency of the things
