Pros

Saven is the best place to work and I just love what I do here. One can find plenty of growth opportunities as the management considers the technical knowledge and experience rather than the number of years served. The work culture, realistic tasks, incentives and appreciation programs make the work days exciting.

Cons

Sometimes the challenges in work push you out of your comfort zone. But this is how we learn. No Cons!

Pros

It has been a pleasure working with Saven. Right from their short interview process to the thorough onboarding process, they maintain transparency and high professionalism. Every day at Saven goes exciting with challenges, growth and appreciation. I love how the management cares about all its employees and work-life balance.

Cons

The only con I have come across is that sometimes the days go really longer than usual. However, there will be learning too.

Saven is the happiest workplace I have ever worked with. I love the work culture here with an open-door policy for employees. The management takes initiative to address the employee issues at the earliest. Overall, it's a great company, with helpful colleagues, and a joyful workplace with ample opportunities to learn new things.

Cons

Honestly, I didn't find any cons. Will surely update this review if I find any.
