Pros

You meet some nice people.

Cons

Working in production is the worst spot. Pay is horrible for the type of work. You deal with mold, animal feces, spiders or other things hiding in the clothing. People send the grossest stuff when they donate. They also make you price stuff way too high to meet pricing quotas but get mad when they aren't meeting sale quotas. Nobody is gonna buy a fairly used item for a dollar less than the new. They'll blame the workers before they blame their system though. There's very little chance of advancement as well or even getting a raise.

Pros

-It's a paycheck -Employees marginalized members of society

Cons

-East Bay Management encouraged me to view my team as dispensable just as I was viewed that way by them. -Company culture is incredibly negative and Management is openly antagonistic to employees and vice versa. -My experience reflects the Dublin and Redwood City branches
