The company is a mirror of corporate American, older white male. Anyone outside of that is scrutinized, especially if you are in management. Our branch, upon being bought by Savers became an unpleasant place to work. We became their test dummies and when things didn’t work out as expected, we were to blame.

-Not enough money to put up with all of the drama at this store -alot of cliques -alot of favoritism towards certain employees -doesnt matter if you are a fast worker they will push you harder in order to meet their standards savers job is horrendous-employees call it "slavers" for a reason. It was like working in a sweatshop.They wanted us to stand still and hang clothes for basically 7 hours. I was hanging abt 1000 pieces a day. You cannot sit down or else they are on you asking why you are sitting down.For the 45 minute lunch you can leave so i just went to my car to get away from everyone. If I was told to do something different and i asked "why are we changing the format?" i was told "because i said so". Its very condescending the way the managers talk to us. Thankfully i found a much better job with better pay!
