Pros

- Great co-workers - Flexible management - Reliable schedules - Diversified and inclusive culture - Relaxed dress code

Cons

- Can be physically demanding - Pay can sometimes feel like it’s too low for the amount of work you need to do - Can be stressful during busy seasons - CDC is usually the department that gets pulled to help other departments, but rarely gets help itself - You are expected to accept EVERY donation that arrives during business hours, which can be difficult when it’s already busy or when the donor has a huge load
