      Employee Discount. That's all. DID I SAY EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

      Over worked under paid, that is an understatement. having you hit these ridiculous goals unheard of I did work in production I did everything but recycler. You would think that this company would be investigated for its horrible treatment of it employees. HIRE A LABOR LAW ATTORNEY IF YOU WORK HERE I AM SURE THERE IS SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION. WISH I DID THAT WHEN I WORKED A SLAVERS

      Pros

      As a side recycler I was given a lot of autonomy, as long as I kept the operation running smoothly I was basically given free reign over production. Challenging, but rewarding work.

      Cons

      Production is filthy, I would come home and shower off black grime that had accumulated from the dust back there. It is also physically very demanding, I came home sore and exhausted every day for the first few weeks.

      It was fun interesting seeing all the new stuff coming in great employees to work with.

      Cons

      Okay so you need the day off well they're going to write you up but still make you make up your hours even though they wrote you up. You call out you have a doctor's note but you still get fired even though you went to the doctor with no insurance because the first time you have to leave because of the doctor's reason they want a doctor's note if you're not feeling good but ever very inconsiderate I think because who doesn't get sick and just need a day off.
