Pros

The staff discount is great.

Cons

High staff turnover. Upper management practices intrusive micromanagement and questions everything single things managers do. They are very judgy and speak to us like children. There is no trust at all. They should treat their managers with more respect. I felt constantly watched and controlled. I can confirm that they spend a lot of time watching CCTV footage. I received negative comments about my ethnicity, even though they claim to be to inclusive and all about diversity. They are also very good at twisting words, distorting situations, and interpreting them to suit their own purposes. They truly damaged my mental health.
