Pros

The co workers were friendly and the store manager knows what she's doing. Most of the managers have a good attitude, unless you do something to ruin that. The tasks, and different positions, are very easy to pick up on and learn.

Cons

Sale days are the most difficult to work due to how much more work you have to put in, including overtime sometimes. With the amount of work needed to be done on random days, can be extremely exhausting.

Pros

Good benefits. If you work on holidays, or at least the Monday of, the store orders Popeyes and other things.

Cons

I'm not complaining about the food. I love the food, I just don't like Popeyes. I don't like that they've had me work 25 hours for the first 6 months of when I worked there and went to horrible 4 or 5 hours, I think that's BS. I also don't like that I don't get credit for willing to stay late. I'm rarely needed to do that, but I'm willing to do it.

Pros

Employee discount and benefits. Nothing more.

Cons

Many at corporate have a work history at Pepsi or other non related company. They seem to often make policies that are non-sensical, just to make a name for themselves. The production numbers are physically impossible to attain. The termination process for a team member is by-the-book yet they'll let a Store Manager go without notice or reason. I felt if I gave my blood it would not be enough. Although the company "gives back" they are EXTREMELY profitable, paying non-profits pennies(~ .09 -.12) per pound for what the store receives. ALSO, they DON'T "give" unsold good to 3rd world countries - they SELL them. $25 million profit in 2009 from this.
