my store has gone down hill since the beginning of the year. We've had a lack of good management, a very high turn over rate and over all miserable employees. Their is no proper training for the new employees,constant changing of the schedule and the rules. And over all no respect for employees.

-a very "turn a blind eye" practice by upper management, very big on "do as I say not as I do" environment -very little value placed on the employees, rarely does anyone get a "thank you", or a "good job", the only motivation is to avoid being complained at -heavy favoritism practiced -very little concept of "team", especially between back of house and front of house. -Savers is often viewed as "felon friendly" due to lack of drug and background testing
