Employee Beware

Pros

Nice co-workers that’s about it

Cons

This is NOT a minimum wage job, they're just paying the minimum amount. "Training" is sitting in front of a computer watching videos so you won't/can't sue the company. Your ACTUAL training is learning as you go, hearing five answers to the same questions, while management keeps telling you to "just go faster". When you have a question, it's your co-workers who answer, but of course they have to stop what THEY are doing to tell you and if the team doesn't "hit quota" then guess what, you get to work on the weekend. By "get" I mean "are required". Someone is sick? Well you're going to be doing their job, with no training, and your manager will keep reminding you how far behind you're going to be if you don't "speed up"

Pros

Friendly people to work with

Cons

Toxic behaviour from one or two team members makes things unnecessarily stressful. Customer base is mental all either stealing or high out of thier minds and will attack you
