it is a stable job

Honestly, in my experience it is really underpaid and i know working in retail in general underpays but its different this time because outside of my own responsibilities i have often had to take on the responsibilities of other positions while simultaneously handling my own tasks. Most often without prior knowledge or warning. Personally, i feel getting paid the same as a sales clerk who's not made to undertake the extra workload as often as i do is a shame
