Pros

It's hard to find a pro.

Cons

Literally everything...You might find a co-worker you actually like but it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Everyone who works here is either a middle aged crack feen with a superiority complex or a student who doesn't care about the their job (Specifically East London Location in Ontario ). Don't even get me started on the management. You need to take a day off for being sick...nope, Need a doctors appointment...nope, Get it by a car...Sure, but you need to find your own cover for your shift. If you had a 5 hour shift during the day they wouldn't give you a lunch but if your closing be expected to only be paid for 4.5 hours because they will force you to take a lunch since "they can't guarantee you get out on time " even if your out 20 mins early. Management has zero remorse for any of it, I haven't been there for 4 years and I still hear horror stories. For clothes without tags or items that were clearly garbage and shouldve never been placed on the floor, management would go to the ticketing machine and choose the highest grade (highest price) and then if the customer didn't want it for obvious reasons they would toss the price or reprice lower to put back on the floor – if the employees who had access to the ticketing machine and did not follow the practice they would be written up. Would go as far as knocking down your hours from 38 to 3 if your lucky. Let's not forget the time when some had liquid diarrhea all over the women's bathroom and instead of management dealing with or getting someone who specializes in janitorial cleaning. They made a part-time cashier leave the till to go and clean it up with ZERO PPE. Just a mop and bucket. If you work here they better be paying higher than minimum wage for anyone to work here now.

Pros

Some nice people to work With

Cons

Managers have hard time listening and taking the things you say into consideration. And fire some people over lies
