Pros

Consistent schedule and full time work hours.

Cons

Scrambled managers, disorganized environment, managers that treat you like you're gonna leave, team members that bet against you. Not worth it.

Pros

My co-workers and our customers are great.

Cons

Managers have never done the work that they expect of their employees; unreasonable quotas and time expectancies place employees under extreme stress. And, all of this for very little money.
