Pros

Most coworkers feel the same and you can rant together

Cons

Management doesnt care, steals your bonuses, smoke breaks are more important than normal breaks? A whole Dr's note needed for a single call out. Acts like covid procedures wasnt a thing.

Savers: Avoid at All Costs

Pros

It was a job to work.

Cons

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Savers. Their policy requiring us to call the store instead of simply texting the manager is absurd and inefficient, which only adds stress to an already chaotic work environment. It feels like promotions are handed out not as a reward for hard work, but solely as a band-aid to avoid breaking state minimum wage laws. The high turnover rate and wildly inconsistent scheduling make it nearly impossible to plan life around work. Having to submit any time off requests two weeks in advance is both inflexible and unfair.
