NONE!!! ABSOLUTELY NONE! I must write 20 words before I can rate this company!?! NO PROS! ZERO PROS! NOTHING! NADA!

Cons

POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL management! Factory work, timed on the amount of work you put out! Flexible hours? HAH! No set hours, mandatory over time. Scheduling made to suit managers unprofessional scheduling. Request for days off? Must be made WEEKS ahead of time with CONSTANT reminders! This job is for people who are absolutely desperate to work. They must have no responsibilities outside of work and are able to work at the convenience of Savers management. Be prepared if sick to have doctors note, all doctor appointment must have doctors note also. If sick on job, must continue to work until you have finished your assignment and are no longer needed. Thinking about working at Savers? McDonalds or any fast food place would be better!

Getting a discount on merchandise at the store.

Cons

The management didn't respect the employees. There weren't enough people that were willing to be team players. Too much favoritism. The pay was too low and the management worked the employees like dogs. I worked in the production room and it was very stressful.

Environmentally concerned and supports non-profits. Employees are nice and try to help each other to create the best outcome.

Cons

Management is slow to react to today's modernization and could perform better due diligence. There are a lot of players and this slows the decision process.
