The environment you work in is so filthy that its literally hazardous to your health. Many people were constantly getting sick when I worked for this company and bringing home things like fleas and bedbugs from the stuff people would donate. The are not supposed to sell merchandise that has been in bags with poop, dirty needles, etc. but they will. The quotas that are set for each store are always unrealistic and unattainable so managers will become desperate and tell the workers to put out stuff that has been in bags with dirty diapers and such. Usually gloves were not provided to sort through the donations and you are covered in filth by the end of your shift. Lots of sexual harassment going on constantly and managers that walk around in the production room bragging about getting drunk or high with employees after work. Performance never matters, only how much a manager favors you determines whether you get a raise. Savers loves to hire ex-cons and scary drug addicts to work in their production rooms and physical altercations happen often at most stores because of this. Savers is pretty much a parody of all the things that could be wrong with a retail store.

The management needs to be more coordinated with each other and the employees. Feels like they don't listen to employees.
