Pros
They do not discriminate against hiring employees with tattoos or piercings. Discounts on merchandise but only after it has been on the floor for sale for two days and if you want something before two days you're still not allowed to buy it at full cost. But you also receive employee discount for immediate family members.
Cons
Pay is minimum and when hired they tell you you can earn bonus is through companies fell but that never happens. They also mention raises, but after talking two people that have been there for many years I was told that that doesn't happen either.
