      Pros

      The overall 'vision' of the company is commendable. Time off is not a problem. The insurance is good enough.

      Cons

      It is retail, so turnover is pretty high. You are expected to do the job of two to three people everyday. The customers are terrible, and very, very rude to employees. One employee was spit on by a customer. Lots of drug addicts, and crazy people. Do not ever use the bathroom there, you'll likely want to die. Very dirty, messy, unsanitary work environment. Rats are a real problem there. Employee burnout is pretty common. Low morale is also common. The 'I don't care anymore' attitude is pretty prevalent. Sad, really, because if they put alittle more time, and effort into things it could be a beautiful place to work.

      Pros

      Employee discount was the only thing that was worth working there

      Cons

      Poor management. A few Co workers caused and created a very hostile work environment. To the point of abusive behavior and gossip and drama. When 5 different Co workers notified the manager, nothing was done about it. Instead they let it happen and the woman who was responsible for the hostility never stopped even after the store manager "counseled" her, 3 X's in a week. I hated going to work everyday and couldn't wait to go home. I enjoyed working there and lover that savers as a whole has so much to offer for the community, however rotten apples ruin the rest.

      Pros

      Reasonable hours, good comany to work for, easy tasks, and ok pay. I guess the best thing was the great discount!

      Cons

      Some people can be rude, from the countless people you work with, to the cheap costumers.
