Pros
Employee discount is probably the only thing this savers has to really offer to there employees. That and a bunch of lip service.
Cons
The store I work at management is not help full seems like there interest is more of themselves rather then the employee. They work us harder then what we get paid. There is no team effort its as though everyone is all about themselves. Management goes back on things they say. How professional is that? Best bet find a job some place else rather then "Slavers"!!
