Pros
Discount on already underpriced goods and clothing. That's about all I can think of.
Cons
Management's inability to hold certain team member's accountable is horrible. Managers lie consistently and tell you they'll train you and never do. Long hours low pay. Vindictive and dishonest leaders. The worker's who work are overworked while the lazy workers are allowed to walk around with coffee cup take long breaks curse and do less than the bare minimum. It's the worst place I've ever worked. RUN.
