Pros

Briefly enjoyable. Discounts is fair.

Cons

They overwork and push certain workers and let several just lax on their jobs. Open door policy is a joke. If you report something the retaliation is certain and falsely justified. People are allowed 20 absences and still allowed to come back.

Pros

In house management used transparency and trust to elicit high work ethics from employees. Ideas for projects were welcome and supported. Excellent product selection.

Cons

Stores are not given enough resources to make the customer experience better, oftentimes. Also, corporate changes policy and procedures frequently, giving the impression that they lack direction.
