Pros

The team is great and makes you feel at home!

Cons

The payroll is often "low" and you get your hours cut without notice. You get paid biweekly and your schedule changes every week.

Pros

Management teams within the stores are ok to deal with for the most part Work itself is easy just very labor intensive.

Cons

Upper Management (District Manager and above) are horrible communicators. The District Manager tells you one thing then another person tell you something else and it goes from there. Also, if you are looking to grow, expect to learn on your own. It is common knowledge that after your initial training for your role any training you need for future roles, is on your own. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE PROMOTION PROMISES THEY MAKE. They will tell you that you are next to be promoted then hire someone else before even interviewing you.
