Pros

You can form a pretty good bond with your co-workers when you're being verbally and mentally harassed and taken advantage of by management. The benefits are ok.

Cons

The general attitude of all of the managers is that everyone is replaceable and you should blindly do what you're told regardless of safety or moral concerns. You have to work in a disgusting environment with little personal protective equipment, and work your sanity away for minimum wage.

Pros

Very few pros besides the discount. Bad management, bad environment. A job's a job but this has to be the worst I've ever had.

Cons

Lack of communication, terrible pay, even the customers don't have any respect for you as a human being. It was a terrible experience for me.

Pros

Community impact is significant. Take care of their people, fair, accommodating.

Cons

Cannot think of any cons. Perhaps more control over local marketing plans.
