Pros

The compensation is reasonable and according to industry standards.

Cons

They do too many meetings and some manages are very sensitive and autocratic. The company is a non-profit organization but they don't seem to act lie one.

I appreciate the feedback. For the record, we are not a non-profit, nor are we a not for profit company; we are capitalists and very much a for profit company. I understand your statement around our over zealousness on meetings currently. These meetings will likely ebb once our 1 and 3 year strategy plans have concluded. SharePoint is in need of an overhaul - that is in flight presently. I am not aware of "very sensitive and autocratic" managers currently, but I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Feel free to stop by and chat with me. - John
