Pros

Feeling like you're making a difference (charitable organization) Amazing coworkers and management-- good friends, easy to use talk to, understanding, supportive Pleasant return customers Easy, factory-style tasks (one person sorts, another hangs it up, another prices, another puts it on the sales floor-- easy to learn new positions/jobs)

Cons

Handling product that could contain mould, glass, bodily excretions, animal feces, you name it. You can have gloves and a mask if you want them, and a majority of clothing is clean, but you can still come in contact with scary stuff. Don't be squeamish. Management is a bit disorganized, but is getting better.
