      I appreciate your taking the time to review our company. Your thoughts on "No advancement, … poor communication, poor management" have been and are being addressed currently. We have just gone through a small re-organization to better align teams internally and empowered them to work more seamlessly with each other and our customers – internal and external. Savers has promoted several people and re-vitalized our communication structure in the last few months. Our management teams are at the vanguard of those changes, we are certainly better here than we were a few months ago. Personally, I don't see a "good old boy club mentality" here but I respect your perspective. I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Feel free to stop by and chat with me. - John

      50% off on the clothes and seasonal bonuses if the company's goal was being met.

      Cons

      When I was first hired I got zero training until a year later. They hired people to be supervisors who had no clue how to be be supervisors and they obviously had zero previous experience. the supervisors would not let the cashiers out on time.

      Wonderful staff & benefits. If it wasn't for the staff, I wouldn't have lasted as long as I did.

      Cons

      Management keep changing procedures & layout of store to keep not only staff confused, but customers as well.
