      The employee discount is the only saving grace.

      Cons

      The management team is extremely childish and unprofessional until our district manager appears. . A constant issue in the store is that the management team prefers to gossip about team members instead of talking to us and working with us to get what they want. Even when the managers know exactly what the issue is, they let things happen that negatively affect both our production and sales. The work environment is extremely hostile when it doesn't need to be.

      Flexible, fairly easy most of the time

      Cons

      gross addicts that shop lift all the time, air conditioning that only works half the time, scheduling issues such as availability being lost all the time.
