Pros

50% off clothes, shoes, and purses. 30% off electronics and other merchandise. You have to wait 3 days before you as an employee can buy merchandise, by that time it's already gone. So really there is not a single pro. Even if you did wait the 3 days and it was still there you couldn't afford it anyway with the lousy pay.

Cons

Everyone has an attitude problem because the pay is so bad. Management is terrible. We throw away brand new merchandise people donate to us because it is "out of season". You are lucky if you get a break. Savers says it helps other countries and so on and so forth, but it continues to pay us like garbage. How can you help others out when you can't even pay your workers a decent wage? On sale days it feels like you're working 5 Christmas's at once and you're still getting paid like a dog. Slavers is a terrible place to work from the top down. I'd rate this dump a 0 out of 5.

Pros

Benefit package is nice. Underlying this feature is a corporate culture of give the big wigs free lunches. They create meetings of make work assignments that lead to dead ends and more free lunches.

Cons

Business is run by their Human Resources Department. This department is led by people more interested in a free lunch than they interested in creating good shopping experiences for shoppers.
