Pros

You work with a great team, and coming into a team that all began together (we started before the store opened in our area) it really builds teamwork. Savers is great just because they work with many charities and foundations.

Cons

Some of the new supervisors were a bit difficult to work with.

Pros

The pro is each store really runs itself. If there is a good management store team the working environment can be pretty good.

Cons

They want everyone hired to be able to advance. The problem is there is not a lot of positions to advance too and it's more about if you are liked than abilities.

Pros

Good people in general. Management pay is good and on par with most other similar places. Attainable bonuses given out quarterly & annually. Overall the part time people were really good.

Cons

District Managers very inconsistent. No clear description for my job, it kept changing based on who was DM. Store Manager unable to stop constantly interfering. Lots of promises on training but rarely are they delivered. Too much paperwork & no time given to do it.
