      Relaxing atmosphere, my specific position varied in duties, allowed for more individual space (unlike other positions).

      Cons

      Low pay, hard degrading work for many workers (sorting clothes, non-stop), pressure from management to work faster.

      There are absolutely none here.

      Cons

      Co-workers are allowed to speak to each other however they choose. No real training. Except for Hurry and Do More. Management is a joke. They like to think they run the show but they just stand around until your so far beaten down by this work and then come and lend and hand while your still working and say see how fast they can get the job done. Yeah Right!

      Pros

      You can work here and help support a good cause;which in ct is Big Brothers and Big Sisters.And you generally get to deal with nice customers.

      Cons

      They don,t pay very well;even at management level.And there are way too many rules and regulations for everyone to follow and keep up with.The loss prevention manager acts like we were protecting gold at fort knox instead of donated used items.Upper management was also a big fan of keeping secrets;even from lower level management.I found out about too many important things second hand instead of from the horse's mouth.
