Pros

A lot of my co-workers are nice. The company does a lot for the community, which is pretty cool.

Cons

Most of my co-workers are very lazy and the customers are just terrible. We get a lot of shop-lifters and people on drugs. Also, if you are ever sick or call out for a legitimate reason, the management makes you feel like crap about it, even if you work hard and are never late. Also those in charge of scheduling often leave us very short-handed in terms of workers. We do a lot of work and deal with a lot of crap from customers for minimum wage ($7.90).

Pros

Not much positive about savers to say. Managers are untruthful an unethical. They bully employees and subject them to public humiliation.

Cons

If management doesn't like you or you don't agree with them they will make up a bunch of lies and get rid of you. I saw it happen.
