Pros

working with customers and team members

Cons

been there for 6 years was hired at a MIt was never trained for this was a RSM was demoted to FES because of the RSM role being abolished. seen 9 people get promoted before me in this job asked why i was not getting promoted and they including district manager say the customer love you you are the face of the company here they are upset when your not here. So I get penalized for being good at my job and not getting promoted. They have promise me includeding store manager and district manager that i can go become the production supervisor if I can suceed at differat tasks and I have but still other employees from other stores that are team members get promoted. The last was the last straw I was told if I can being up doantions to 25% every month I can move to the back so I have brought up donations up to 33% from last year was 14% and now they hires a new production manager. This is a slap in my face and I am actedly seeking other employment that will see my drive and not hold me back on promotions.I also regrat leaving because I do love working with the team and customers.

Most frustrating work environment of my career

Pros

-50% discount on clothing, provided there's anything worth having after the mandatory 48 hour waiting period for employee purchases

Cons

-a very "turn a blind eye" practice by upper management, very big on "do as I say not as I do" environment -very little value placed on the employees, rarely does anyone get a "thank you", or a "good job", the only motivation is to avoid being complained at -heavy favoritism practiced -very little concept of "team", especially between back of house and front of house. -Savers is often viewed as "felon friendly" due to lack of drug and background testing

Pros

Nothing positive about this company. They are investment group owned. Watch out!

Cons

All the bull about helping the employee not so, You are beat up all the time. Why do they have such high turn over rate on employees? Work here and you will find out. Read the listings for help wanted- they are looking for management all the time. Because they will run you into the dirt and if you don't quit they will find a way to fire you!
