Pros

Schedule. Benefits. and that is pushing it.....

Cons

Management is incompetent. The company says they hire from within for management, but for as many years as I have been there, it hasn't happened once. The pay to work ratio is garbage. You make the same wages as fast food with 10x the amount of work. Impossible quotas, that other stores "have reached" somehow, with magic I suppose. Every year they take more and more away from the workers and it is slightly better than a sweat shop at this point. I am being generous, it IS a sweat shop. I know people that moved up at Burger King and Winco within six months make more than me. The Doctors note policy is so strict that, if it is anything short of giving birth or a funeral, it is unacceptable.

Pros

I have brought out life long friends, from working there! From the past employees, which there's a lot, to the ones I've worked with since May 15th! The lunches, the breakfasts, and the other treats throughout the year are sweet!!! Most of management is pretty real, after you get passed the fact of them talking down to you, while breaking you in!!!! Hrs are early 7 to when the quotas are met and the sales goals are met- 101hrs was the norm in two hrs, but it was mandatory to get our one time goal that we are support to get quarterly, so technically that's a pro, because we had more money to give to the government in taxes ;() But all the hard work, and blood, yes blood, sweat, of course, and tears from always thinking you'll be unemployed no matter how hard you work, is all worth it because of the kick ass employee parties and deep connections you share, from working the low end of the job market!!!! That said me personally all the bs aside I absolutely LOVE my job!!!!

Cons

Well my biggest con is losing my 40hr facation because I was diagnosed as a part time employee, seeking medical attention often!!!!! Even though it had already showed up on my check 6 monthes pryer stating my balance, That I had been trying to use to take care of my Bs with my health!!! I hate the fact that thier the only company that charges for the inconvince of having to pull child support and send it to the child's legal guardian!!!! And one more thing cus there's always cons working, as well as cons staying home!!!! I don't like the fact that someone can lose there kids because thier in a custody battle :( oh yeah and the 48 hr rule that's bull!!!! At least let us pay full price like a normal paying customer!!!!!!
