Pros

Growth, entry level, skill building. This company gave me great skills to move on to another company. They are getting desperate enough to promote anyone now, so there is legitimate growth opportunity available.

Cons

Structure low balls supervisors. The pay as little as they can get away with. Lots of work for little pay, they will pay more when stressed but only if you force it. The ores are dirty and cutomers can be insane.

Pros

Amazing business model that helps non-profit organizations, developing nations, the local communities and the shoppers. Company culture is great. Be prepared to work hard but there is a great sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Corporate support is not growing as fast as the field (stores) and the strain is starting to show.
