I love the product cool finds plus our employee discount and lots of interesting coworkers. That's about it.

Cons

You get put down stepped on and nothing you have consern or problems with is ever dealt with instead you are ridiculed and laughed at and bullied n feel like your job is being threatened by manegment and there negligence.

Love this store, love what I do! I would love to continue to be employed until the day I retire.

Cons

The PAY. The pay is ridiculously low. I get $9.50/he and I've been here for 2 yrs. We continue to be one of the TOP Savers stores in sales year and year and even received the lifetime gold award (don't know the exact time) and STILL continue to be paid dirt wages. With gas & housing prices sky high & going higher as I speak, we deserve to have the wage increase to $11/he to start.

The only good thing I can think of is discounts on clothing and even that’s not enough!

Cons

Management isn’t the best. They promote based on skin color and not talent. Pay is horrible. Store Manager and up make good money. Stay away from companies like this.
