Pros
It’s a job and that’s about the only pro
Cons
-Horrible management that plays favorites -Some branches protect literal rapists and punish the victims by forcing them to work the same shift as someone who sexually assaulted them to force them to quit -Protects employees who sexually harass employees and do nothing but give them “a talk” even when the harassment includes saying women should be raped to put them in their place when they’re too opinionated -Horrible scheduling and last minute changes -they have been sued for not giving correct pay, breaks, overtime, misleading the public into believing they’re a non profit when they aren’t -overcharge on DONATED USED GOODS because profits are all that matter -literally zero care about employees, we’re just replaceable cogs in their money making machine -so many more cons but this is a good stopping point
